SNIMA is made up of four units charged with, respectively, standard-setting, certification, information and training.

 

Standard-setting

 

The « Standard-setting » unit has six components, each charged with managing SNIMA’s activities in standardizing the following sectors :

  • Chemistry and Para chemistry
  • Agri-food industry
  • Textiles and leather
  • Mechanics, metallurgy and electricity
  • Public buildings and works
  • Health, security, quality and the environment

Certification

 

The « Certification » unit has two components that oversee certification of products and management systems :

Management system certification:

  • Quality management
  • Industrial product management
  • Environmental management
  • Other management systems

Product certification:

  • Industrial product certification
  • Food product branding
  • Eco-labeling

Information

 

The « Information » unit has three components responsible for standard information and promoting SNIMA’s activities :

  • Sales/ Marketing
  • Communication/Documentation
  • Information

Training

 

SNIMA’s « Training » center organizes training sessions on Quality, Security and Environment Management System standards.
