SNIMA is made up of four units charged with, respectively, standard-setting, certification, information and training.
Standard-setting
The « Standard-setting » unit has six components, each charged with managing SNIMA’s activities in standardizing the following sectors :
- Chemistry and Para chemistry
- Agri-food industry
- Textiles and leather
- Mechanics, metallurgy and electricity
- Public buildings and works
- Health, security, quality and the environment
Certification
The « Certification » unit has two components that oversee certification of products and management systems :
Management system certification:
- Quality management
- Industrial product management
- Environmental management
- Other management systems
Product certification:
- Industrial product certification
- Food product branding
- Eco-labeling
Information
The « Information » unit has three components responsible for standard information and promoting SNIMA’s activities :
- Sales/ Marketing
- Communication/Documentation
- Information
Training
SNIMA’s « Training » center organizes training sessions on Quality, Security and Environment Management System standards.
